What to expect

Starting up a programme with Small Steps is simple and supportive.

Begin by contacting us by email or using our contact form to arrange an initial telephone consultation, where we’ll discuss your child’s needs, goals and specific challenges, as well as the type of support you are looking for.

We will then arrange a time to come and conduct a formal assessment in person to understand your child’s individual strengths and areas of need across all relevant developmental domains. From there, we’ll develop a personalised teaching programme and outline a plan for training or workshops, tailored specifically for your family.

We’re here to guide you every step of the way, making sure you feel confident and prepared as we embark together on your child's learning journey.

What Parents Say

"I am immensely thankful to have connected with Charlotte and team for my son’s ABA program. They helped in integrating him into a mainstream school. They went above and beyond to support us in the entire process.

The team is so dedicated and they provided appropriate targets in terms of communication, academics and behaviours which helped our son to secure a place in an outstanding secondary school with the same ABA plan integrated in his Education Plan!

We can’t thank Charlotte and her team enough for all the help and support!"
